This includes:
- Free on-site energy analysis
- Bill analysis, including rates and time-of-use
- Retrofit energy efficiency recommendations, calculation support and rebates and incentives
- New construction energy efficiency design assistance, rebates and incentives
- Technical assistance and technical incentives to implement demand-response-enabling technologies
- Rebates for installing self generation technologies, such as solar.
