The agricultural industry is experiencing ever increasing and complex regulatory challenges. CRA understands the industry, regulations, and requirements that are being imposed on the agricultural industry. We can offer guidance and assistance to farmers, purchasers of farm produce, wine industry services and providers of farm related services (including the financial, insurance, and legal sectors), to meet the regulatory challenges.

The consolidation of the industry, driven by economic forces and in part by the changing regulatory environment, has forced producers to face dynamic social and community related challenges. CRA offers expertise in Nutrient Management Plan development, animal waste management system design, soil and water resource management, and comprehensive facility planning and design issues to further assist the agricultural industry in meeting these new challenges. These services assist farmers in developing and managing livestock facilities that operate within accepted standards and regulatory requirements.

CRA is intimately familiar with the latest statutory, state/provincial, and federal environmental regulations and standards to ensure that compliance is achieved. This allows farmers to maintain focus on other business needs. We can assist in the development of environmental programs that respond to social challenges and community expectations. Our staff is experienced with environmental funding programs, where available, to assist in meeting the economic challenges of any required environmental upgrades or practices.
