All Wine Institute members are encouraged to attend the 2009 Annual Sacramento Meetings on March 9-10 (PDF Invitation). The March 9th events include a Sutter Club luncheon and briefing from key Sacramento policymakers and a special evening reception honoring the Governor and State Legislators. On March 10th, the Membership/Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency, with a reception and luncheon to follow. Members may sign up for the meeting events one of two ways:
1. Register On-Line and pay by credit card; OR
2. Mail the completed registration card with check to Wine Institute, Attn: Britta Purcell, 425 Market St., # 1000, San Francisco, CA 94105. Indicate number of reservations required for EACH event.
March 4TH is the registration deadline; No refunds given for no-shows or cancellations after March 4TH.
Room Reservations: To be guaranteed the special Wine Institute room rate at the Hyatt Regency, members should call (800) 233-1234 by February 15th at 5:00pm.
